Hi! I’m Lauren.

Growing up, my dad would play little drawing games with my brothers and I at airports or restaurants and the tradition has continued into adulthood.

Now as a parent myself, sharing these games with my kids and making up new ones has brought our family a lot of joy. There is great freedom in the idea that with a piece of paper and something to draw with (ok and maybe some snacks) - you can take your kids anywhere.

With these simple creative prompts, potentially stressful wait times or travel days have sparked some of my favorite moments of family connection and fun. I hope you find it too!

Creativity Is A Super Power!

And just like anything, creativity takes practice. Learning to look at things from multiple angles helps kids’ (and grownups’) confidence, adaptability, empathy and problem solving.

Plus, it’s really fun!
